Delivery
Our goal is to achieve optimal delivery efficiency, which means the shortest delivery time while minimizing delivery error. We are able to ship year round, except for Lunar New Year. To actively arrange orders, Happy always notice customers three months ahead.
Samples are usually made within 15 to 30 days. New order lead time takes 60 to 75 days; and reorder takes 45 to 50 days.
Order
Our current and past product ranges are displayed in our showroom for your references. There are approximately 500 designs. Orders made for any of these designs are subject to MOQ, which is at least 200 for chairs and 50 for other products.
OEM
Our experienced and highly skilled designers can assist clients from product conceptualization through to sample development and merchandising. We aim to provide our clients with complete technical drawings within 3-5 days.
Packaging and Dispatch
We are currently catering for clients from around the world and our packaging and dispatch process are adherent to various international standards including:

- ISTA 3A
- Mail order packing
- For clients who do not have specific requirements, Happy can assist with developing relevant standards that suit their expectations in terms of quality, safety, and budget.
- Client’s specific requirements
- For each product, we provide our clients with detail packaging designs and procedures for approval.
